1. Kurama's death is special due to Baryon Mode, and it is more so due to context around their fights (not that these cannot be "fixed", but they are not plot holes to begin with.

2. There are many symbols taken for granted that no one really dwells on the meaning of. Neji was not even aware of the Aburame in Part I, despite the fact he and they are both compose Noble Clans of Konoha.

3. That is entirely possible given Hiruzen said those trapped in the shinigami fight for all eternity. Alternatively, the wise Kurama could have just realized the severity of the situation and elected to willingly give Minato his power, and that all who receive Kurama's power get the yellow cloak.

As for actual plot holes, Genma's age and the origin of chakra (if it is introduced by Kaguya, how is it universal in all life forms?).

Kushina doesn't have sex with minato, the series doesn't start.

As Konoha gets stronger, at least one person from each of the 4 other main Villages keeps up with Naruto in power, therefore keeping the balance of power instead of every Village having to bow to Konoha.

Then again, Naruto becoming ridiculously overpowered is not really a plot hole, just bad writing

The Hyuga being the “strongest” clan in the leaf.

1. Black zutsu being able to alter the Uchiha stone tablet, how tf did zetsu read that without having even the basic sharingan?! Let alone alter it to the point that Madara's EMS couldn't find any trace of any alterations? Fixing that would ruin the entire original plot.

2. The ANBU, the most skilled ninja, the elite of elites.........are the weakest people i have ever seen in the entire series.....just...why? I don't even want to think about it.

3. The reanimation jutsu, where you have an immortal body with unlimited chakara......yet it's still weaker than the original body? Bullsh¡t, if there's an unlimited amount of chakara then why can't Mu the second tsuchikage use his jutsus properly after the supposed dividing of chakara, oh? He doesn't have enough chakara for it? Explain this foolery! Just remove the unlimited chakara part and we're cool.

3. Edo versions of characters don't have infinite chakra, they have quick chakra regeneration

1. Madara able to use Kamui when he was the ten-tails jinchuriki when was already stablished that Obito could not use it due to being the jinchuriki.

2. Otsutsuki clan's objective of consuming all Chakra in different worlds having in mind that a planet doesn't have chakra in the first place. The chakra in Naruto was only a thing because of Kaguya giving to them.

3. The excuse of Orochimaru using weaker Edo tenseis against Hiruzen was because he wasn't using Hashirama's cells there. For real? A Hashirama without Hashirama cells? TF

1. He said that he couldn't phase with Kamui, not that he couldn't open a portal with it.

2. The planet does have chakra, it's said numerous times. (plus it was retconned a lot so eh)

3. Pretty sure he just didn't perfect it, but idk.
