If the version of a character isn't specified, I'll assume the strongest version, if it's specified but not fully I'll assume the strongest version that fits within what the text says (as an example, for Yamato I used Guruguru Yamato)
Of course the tier list isn't perfect, scaling in general can have a lot of problems
