He still knew more than Sasuke, and he also stopped Sasuke from killing/trying to kill Kabuto, Sasuke was mostly confused and he didn't know much about his own abilities, he didn't know Izanami was a thing/wasn't willing to use it, the fight doesn't prove Itachi to be Sasuke's superior at all other than IQ which is obvious

I can agree with that, I suppose Sasuke doesn't have any anti-feats other getting his life saved bc he's dumb.

Kisame physically raises his arm to block Guy's kick, and Kakashi had to weave the seals to make the Water Wall to block said bullet. Likewise, Kisame only needs to slightly move Samehada to block most attacks, so even if it was reaction only, it is still arguably sufficient.
