Kisame is waaay faster than V2 Bee underwater, V2 Bee is faster and stronger than A in his V2 cloak, correct? So do what you will with that info, but I think that that puts Fused Kisame (while underwater) comfortably ahead of KCM1 Naruto in terms of speed (while underwater).

Also, I'd say Edo itachi is firmly above EMS Sasuke in that fight.
