Me and Kevin decided to bring this back. But for anyone who doesn't know what this is, it's basically just a post where users can socialize with the community about any topic of interest that doesn't fit any existing sections, so keep Naruto/Boruto topics in the respective sections.
The guidelines are still in effect for this and all the other threads, with only the off-topic guideline being relaxed here as a special exception.
I will also be handing out timeouts to people who ruin off topic for others, by that i mean toxic behavior. This is not a spam contest either lol so no gibberish comments please 🙏
