Isn't Gill sometimes as strong as Akuma or very close to him? Akuma was able to cleave a meteor without even going all out. Necalli is a bit ''fodder'' because he gets one shots by Ryu's power of nothingness.
@Oda1271 well, kinda yeah. Like Necalli is one of the SF franchise’s strongest villains. He’s confirmed to being a few inches stronger than Bison, but he’s the same strength as Akuma, but possibly weaker than Oni.
