Necalli sis an extremely powerful ancient Aztec warrior that’s on a mission to devour powerful souls from the most powerful warriors it’s unknown if he’s on a job to collect souls for the gods because he’s an Emissary or if he’s collecting them for his own purposes. He has a transformed state called Torrent of Power which makes him way more powerful even stronger than M. Bison and on par with Akuma. Maybe Oni. Here’s Necalli’s Torrent of Power state.

Gill is like a villain with a heroic spirit. While Necalli is called The Soul Consuming Darkness.
