It's like this; Deidara's DP>>>>>>anything Sasori has. But if Deidara was limited to the ground then Sasori probably wins.

^Sasori would still lose(IMO) Deidara still has long range attacks like the c2 dragon

He has C4 if he needed it which

If it hits he will tie with sasori.(Or win I'm not sure if C4 Karura kills Deidara or not)

A tie is irrelevant imo.

^That if it kills him I didn't watch the deidara vs sasuke fight so I'm not sure but a tie/win is better than a loss.

Deidara stomps. Those tiny bombs is all it takes.
