Would Mu be able to react to A? If he could hit him then A is dead for sho bc of the durability negging properties of particle style.

Mu and Gengetsu should be relative. Would have to prove if 3rd Raikage is faster than Gengetsu or not (spoiler: he most likely is), then you have your answer.

Mu easily, he can fly and dismantle his body.
