Haku on 4's War was stronger, bc of his erased personality, but he wasnt able to beat Kimimaro. Boner on 2nd stage will break mirrors and all ice anyway, wont receive any damage and oneshot Haku with drill

@Zebsol When it comes down to WWW, I think their usually Bloodlusted and those don't factor in. Ofc, it's all up to the creator of the poll to have specifications.

I agree with @Psycksyns , Kimimaro fought a stronger version of Naruto, which means his Kyuubi boost would be stronger as well, and he fought a stronger Gaara and Rock Lee at the same time, and would've killed them if it weren't for his illness. This is not even mentioning his fight with drunk Lee, where he still prevailed even though his moves were unpredictable, and he didn't even need to use the first stage of his Curse Mark.
