Kisame wins because once he makes a whole ocean of water he will take the advantage, sanji is a very good swimmer but how is he gonna deal with freaking 1000 sharks coming his way and sanji win rate is 28% (this is my opinion)

@GriddyVibez11 Sanji blitzes + one shots before any of that happens but lets say Kisame does try and drown Sanji, Sanji would still just blitz him underwater using blue walk lmfao. Sanji has never shown any problem of being underwater either so that really means nothing.

I think Kisame would win as long as he can last longer then 3 minutes fighting Sanji bc Kisame has that water barrier suffocating Sanji the entire time
