Ok I can see this going either way actually. Both are extremely fast, and can make clones of them selves. Kizaru might win because he has flight and could use Yasakani no Magatama, which is when he goes up in the air and unleashes a barrage of light

Kuma would have been a better matchup. I don’t see Minato touching Wizaru without haki.
