Now let me calm down for a second and let me use my head.....................

Baryon Mode Naruto is Faster, Stronger, and Logically Tougher, but his big downside here is his time limit, which if Luffy keeps his distance and uses long range attacks, he can possibly wear BM down to wear it is weaken enough to wear Luffy can overcome Baryon Mode and Beat Naruto. BUT!, if BM Naruto can use his Speed and Strength Advantages to blitz G5 Luffy (which he can) and keep hitting him with Life Force depleting blows, than Naruto can logically shorten G5's own time-limit and beat Luffy, before he runs out of Juice himself. SO, if Luffy is smart and keeps his distance, than He wins, but if BM Naruto can close the distance quick enough and blitz Luffy with super powerful attacks that deplete life force and energy, than Naruto wins. SO at best a stalemate.

But see here's the thing both g5 and Baryon mode deplete life force so they have to beat each other before too much life is drained away

Personally I don't think Gear 4 would be enough, but BM Naruto does have the power and speed to easily put Luffy down in G4, but since Baryon Mode is much stronger and faster than KCM2 Sage Mode and SPSM, which are comparable and most likely slightly stronger than G4 and G5, than BM Naruto can win this. But again like I said in my other post, if Luffy plays it smart, keeps distance and uses long range attacks to keep BM Naruto away, then he wins, but if BM Naruto can close distance fast enough and blitz Luffy with Super Punches and Attacks, and takes out G5 Luffy before he runs out of Juice, than He wins, but at best a stalemate. Also because of Naruto's longevity from his Uzumaki Heritage and having Kurama level Chakra, his Life Force won't be as impacted as Luffy, SO again if BM Naruto can close the distance fast enough and beat down G5 Luffy and KO him before he runs out of Juice, then he can win this.
