Kokushibo, mid diff

The thing is that KC Orochimaru can slam the entire DS Verse but he can't kill a character that can't even be killed. But Orochimaru does have some fuinjutsu and can probably seal Kokushibo somehow so I'd give it to him.

Ok it’s probably stalemate since orochimaru is a lot stronger than Kokushibo but orochimaru can’t kill him either.
