My favorite is Minato, because he's not only super cool in terms of designs and jutsu, he's also a really virtuous guy. I also think of Hashirama highly because of his virtues, and he also has some cool abilities too. I have the same reasoning for Naruto as I do for Hashirama, and plus that cape is everything. It's an awesome remix of the original robe and cloaks used to wear, and in my opinion, I like his anime design better than his manga one. The manga one just makes him look like he's going to a funeral all the time lol. Hiruzen is an honorable mention, as he was a genuinely good guy, and tried to help Naruto where he could, while also trying not to jeopardize the safety the nine-tailed jinchuriki of course; It was a very hard balance. Tobirama was smart and all, but he was also pretty racist and one of the main reasons there was so much prejudice against the Uchiha, which led to their eventual downfall. Sure he liked Kagami and all, but he seemed to be the only exception.

Tobirama was the coolest because he didn’t need no kekkei genkai nor tailed beast chakra to be badass. Him hating on those red eyed freaks made him more based in my book. You gotta respect the dedication of his hatred. He ain’t no casual racist that we see today but a certified professional.

Dude mastered water jutsu to counter their fire jutsu, created flying thunder god to bypass their reaction speed, invented shadow clone to confuse their chakra vision and developed reanimation to exploit their emotions using dead loved ones. 

Imagine a racist white dude outplaying every black nba player except Jordan. That would never happen cause they lazy and were never serious about competitive racism. Tobirama is different cause he could talk the talk and walk the walk.

Hashirama i mean he's the god of shinobi and actually i think he only kage that didn't have to deal with any wars or major conflicts during his time as kage ? The guy is the most lovable hokage too he preferred not too fight unless he had too and was a loving individual.
