I'm not entirely sure; but I know he could heal people of their injuries completely, even when they were near death before he lost the sun mark on the palm of his right hand. I'd also assume he can draw in more Nature Energy than normal, as he did help to draw it into himself to create a jutsu to counter Sasuke's Indra Arrow, but then again he had Kurama and some shadow clones helping so I'm not entirely sure. It also may be referencing his Truth-Seeking Orbs, which were composed of all the Nature Releases, thus being able to nullify all Nature Release attacks.
