Based on the pressure that Kimimaro survived from being crushed by Gaara's sand MULTIPLE times, and the fact that his bones are direct counter to Taijutsu, I'd give this one to Kimi. Also, Kimimaro has more experience with the curse mark and even with his disease, he'd probably outlast Sasuke, given how much he went through against Gaara even as the curse mark was eating away at his chakra; Sasuke on the other hand was actively avoiding using his curse mark until Naruto accessed the Kyuubi cloak.

Orochimaru and kabuto were confident that hiruzen’s assassination would’ve went smooth if he was there. And Jugo said Kimimaro was strong and was the only person to stop his outburst meaning Kimimaro must’ve been kage level. And he got the upper hand on gaara who was pretty much approaching Kage level. And believe it or not cursemark 2 Sasuke could’ve been stronger but kakashi put a seal around the cursemark. So Kimimaro is above one tail Naruto also.

@Jackhng Let’s assume original post is referring to sick Kimimaro and not the hypothetical stronger version that orochimaru was kabuto were talking about. You have a point, kabuto said who’s stronger between them and at that point kabuto didn’t know Sasuke would have a 3 tomoe which is a big boost of power. And then Sasuke stated if kakashi didn’t seal his cursemark he would’ve been stronger. (Hypothetically)
