Despite the MASSIVE downplay on the series, Muzan can beat Sasori quite easily.
Going to use the Hashira and others to scale Muzan.
For starters, Regular Demons have Instant Regeneration:

All the Hashira are instant if we compare them using the official speed rank.
Since Tengen is stated instant and Mitsuri upscales from being the slowest, it would make everyone instantaneous.
In any case the feats and statements are "random" and labeled as incompetent for the verse, numerous times it's been shown and stated. Stating multiple times can't be ignored, so atp it's just inevitable to accept (which I could show more feats).
Not the only Hashira feat we've seen just by using Tengens statement.
After Training Tanjiro stated Instant, which Hashira upscale a lot.
For this, you could argue that "Tough Situations" is just enemies like Demons that would scale below, midway, or above Hashira which would make sense since their Instant with or without the scaling.

This would make Immeasurable speeds which is above instantaneous itself.
From the very first scan I showed was a heavily drugged Muzan designed to weaken him.

This isn't even Black Haired Muzan, but that's all I pretty much have to scale him towards for Narutoverse and Sasori to be fodderized and blitzed.
Instant
Instant is just them describing something is fast for them. I dont think that makes them infinite speed.
The regeneration is op though I forgot about that
