Naruto, high - extreme diff.

Orochimaru stated that 3/4 Tailed Naruto wasn't even enough for Sasuke at that level. Pretty sure it was 3-Tailed Version when he stated it.

I know that Sasuke is able to suppress the Nine-Tail’s chakra, but would doing that bump Naruto back to base if he already has tails active?
