OM Obito was weaker than FSWWC Konan who FBBB Sasuke should be comparable to as he had the CMII which increases his base power by at least 20x and easily defeated a weakened Orochimaru who in his True Snake Form could be close to 4T Naruto's power (the reason I say this is because a Orochimaru without using that form was close to 3T Naruto's power). 4T Naruto stomped Jiraiya who defeated Konan. That Sasuke should be on par with V2 Killer B as at his base he was able to hold his own against Base Killer B so we could probably assume that CMII Sasuke (with Kirin) should be comparable if not on par to V2 Killer B. That Killer B got absolutely destroyed by Fused Kisame to the point that Gyuki was telling Bee to use Biju Mode to defeat him.
