Responding as I'm reading, but I agree with the guy opposing you @Seekerbro about Eneru not being able to see the future with his Mantra, he's just not at that lvl. Looks like you figured that out though, kudos to you for being able to accept facts and adapt your argument.

Outspeeding up with G2 Luffy who casually dodges Pacifista lasers and keeping up with Vista who is relative to Marco. Marco is capable of this feat

Idk the significance of this feat^ looks like Marco is just getting hit by Kizaru's light.

In the bottom panel when he's in hybrid form, hes dodging the light beams

Marco also kicked away Aokiji fast enough for him not to notice and also intercepted Akainu (with Vista) and blocked more lasers from Kizaru

I kind of hate lateral scaling. But yeah, Mihawk oughta scale >/~ to Marco. And Marco dodged light FROM KIZARU at pointblank range WHILE moving towards him (drastically decreasing the time he has to react).
