I agree with your opponent that light based attacks aren't always LS. His arguments were terrible though.

But with the evidence I've shown, they are LS since the source of the Pacifista's lasers are directly provided by Kizaru's DF.

Considering his experience in that line of work, it would be reasonable to assume that he can, just not the logia effect tho, only the light beams.
