One thing: How is Base WA Obito above Asura, Indra, Hashirama, and Alive Madara?

Also Urashiki as weak as he is is most def above Kabuto.

And Isshiki currently should still be somewhat above TBV Base Boruto, and Kaguya, Hagoromo, and Hamira should be placed a little higher.

@Robby8k It's better but still not good. TBV Kawaki is not above Hidari, Matsuri or Bug's God Tree. NL Code is debatable though. Wheelchair Guy is not stronger than Toneri or Delta or most characters on this list. BE Kakashi is not above Kinshiki. MS + Rinnegan Obito is not above Alive Hashirama/Madara and none of those last three and Guy are above Indra & Asura. Nagato is not weaker than Ay. Mitsuki needs to go higher. Kurotsuchi, Darui and Chojuro all scale above Ay and the other characters in that tier. Characters like Iwabe and Metal Lee are not Genin lvl.

@IKTime I only took wheelchair guy because its the newest photo. It should be prime guy (8 gates). Kawaki with karma is to 99% above most of the guys u named (just not jura)

Another few things. Sasori should be Kage tier due to the fact that

1. Deidara, who is comparable to BoS Gaara, an actual Kage, claims inferiority to him.

2. He killed the 3rd Kazekage, who, until Gaara, was the strongest Kazekage.

Izuna only Jonin? He was Tobirama's Madara!

3. Lee should be far higher. During the fight with Momo and Kinshiki, Gaara stated in the novel something along the lines of, "Why didn't we bring Rock Lee?" He was looking at these Otsutsuki level threats and thought Lee would've made a big difference. Honestly, I'd trust him.

4. A lot of missing characters.

5. Tobirama under Tsunade? Really?

6. Danzo claimed inferiority to Hiruzen in everything. And he was scared of Itachi. Why is he so high?

7. Nagato under the 4th Raikage?

Nvm I give up. There is so much wrong with this list. I'm not gonna be here all day.

@Robby8k Even if it's 8th Gate Guy, he still goes lower. Second of all, I never said said TBV Kawaki isn't above most of those characters.

@TheEndDancer izuna was living in a time where the standarts for a ninja where pretty low and he was only one of the best in his era. We havent seen a susano (I am pretty sure, correct if I am wrong) and in his time they didnt had that much jutsus compared to boruto era. I hope u understand now why he isnt crazy high on the list
