Tsunade isn’t quick enough to actually land a punch on Obito and doesn’t really have any ranged attacks to keep him away.

Tsunade’s speed is really underrated. At her base, while rusty and exhausted, she kept up with a Kakashi lvl character (Kabuto) and later on was able to overwhelm Arms Sealed Orochimaru. With HH, she was able to tag Madara and coordinate attacks with Ay.

Even if she is fast, can she really somehow get past Kamui?

Konan was able to do a lot of damage to OM

Obito so there’s no reason why she couldn’t just stall him for a bit then get a good strike in.
