Uh sorry to burst your bubble there, but none of it is accurate. The last living Ninja was literally shown Naruto and he talked about how inaccurate it all was from the weapons, to the movements, to even the basic concepts. It’s all just loosely based on real ninjas
Also if you’re talking about those who endure Sasuke is the worst example because endure means to suffer patiently which Sasuke was incapable of doing. He literally abandoned the village because he wanted to get stronger faster, and didn’t want to wait for an official mission to take out Itachi. When Danzo becomes his next target Sasuke can’t even wait until Danzo is on his way back from the 5 Kage summit, instead he attacks the entire summit just to get to Danzo. Even Sasuke himself admits that he didn’t know what it meant to be a Shinobi and that only after talking to the four Hokage and losing to Naruto, did he understand that he’d gone about everything the wrong way
By comparison Naruto is a much better example of someone who endures, as he continues to endure all of the Leaf Villagers hatred for 16 years until he’s able to slowly win them over and make them believe in him
