Also, assuming this is Kashin Koji while he was in Kara, I’m pretty sure he was confirmed to be weaker than Limited Code

If I remember right, Kawaki said that Code was the strongest of the inners outside of Jigen

Despite how embarrasing code has been, the guy is stated multiple times to be stronger than jigen
