@NarutoUzumaki201 That's just showcasing how powerful he is. In his novel, Kakashi Hiden, he fought on par with a woman named Kahyo who DESTROYED V2 Ay and easily dodged his Lariat. He lost so bad that the other Kage and his own village where laughing at him. V1 Ay was overpowering KCM1 Naruto and V2 Ay was stated by Bee to be capable of killing KCM1 Naruto. He also gained a tremendous chakra boost since the Sharingan/Mangekyo Sharingan isn't passively draining his chakra anymore. That was only one year after the war and Kakashi has been training since then and he was Hokage for eight years meaning he's had that much time to train. If you want to also count it (since this statement is referring to BE Kakashi), in Kakashi Retsuden, it was stated that Kakashi had grown leaps and bounds compared to his War Arc self who was arguably above KCM1 Naruto.

Yeah hokage kakashi is up there. His novel feats in boruto era are really good also. Holding an earth style for days the size of a village. Making an earth style reach the stratosphere. Matching kahyo who was just as fast as raikage. Having his chakra reserves and control drastically increase after losing the sharingan. And Inventing light speed fire styles that can match six paths chakra and purple lightning boruto era Kakashi is extremely strong. He can even clash with Kashin Koji but I wouldn’t put him above Hashirama

Kahyo is far above the Raikage in speed.
