It was stated that Momoshiki & Kinshiki were a duo strong enough that Kaguya wouldn't stand a chance against them without the Zetsu Army in the novelization. Fused Momoshiki ~ Momoshiki & Kinshiki and Naruto & Sasuke as adults were able to defeat him at 50%, since they're equals it would mean that either of them at 100% would defeat Fused Momoshiki and therefore, Kaguya. Kaguya is stronger than Teen Naruto & Teen Sasuke. Jigen slammed Adult Naruto & Adult Sasuke simultaneously and Code is stronger than Jigen and Base Boruto toyed with Code.
