Naruto had six paths Sage mode until he lost Kurama, but from my understanding he had that because he had all the tailed beasts, not because of Hagoromo, so I’m not sure what Hagoromo gave him besides TSO

Sasuke kept his Rinnegan, but never used the other paths so it might be weakened without the seal or something? Or he’s just dumb

Before Naruto loss kurama he went straight to 6PSM in every fight except the one with Toneri in the last. Though he did loose his TSO they still have that chakra. But Sasuke got the chakra and the way he got hi Rinnegan was he got chakra from hagoromo the father of ashura and indra which Sasuke has indras chakra and if you are a rinnecarnation of indra, for a rinnegan to work is you need ashuras chakra which hagoromo has both.

So basically yes they do, even after loosing the 9 tailed beast and 6 tome rinnegan

As soon as they lost the Sun and Moon seals, they both lost Hagoromo's Chakra, a Chakra that compared them to Hamura and Hagoromo at their peak in life.
