Cause let’s be real, Sasori most likely poisoned The 3rd and didn’t engage in a drawn out fight with the stated STRONGEST KAZAKAGE, so unless somehow Sasori had an OP puppet that got destroyed in the fight that killed The 3rd, he most likely used a quick working poison that bypassed Any defences The 3rd would have.

Sasori is stated to be an even deadlier foe than Deidara (by Deidara himself) and so The 3rd Kazekage would likely be above both of them seeing as how Sasori would most likely need to use a quick working poison to beat him, and Deidara almost lost to Gaara and would have if he didn’t get distracted by saving The Sand Village, and The 3rd Kazekage is still consistently stated to be the strongest Kazekage during the whole Gaara Rescue Arc, meaning he’s stronger than both Rasa and Early Shippuden Gaara, and he also had the stronger magnet release technique.

So I do see him being above Rasa, Gaara, Deidara, Sasori, and Chiyo, and would be in the same area as Kakuzu and Konan.

And honestly I would have loved to have gotten more of the 3rd Kazekage, and actually put a name to the face and title instead of just The 3rd Kazekage.
