The ninja's were fatigued except Edo Hiruzen while Hashirama was fighting off EMS Sasuke & FP Kurama for a period of time.

Tsunade and Ohnoki were exhausted, Madara almost killed them both like an hour prior

Yamato is only really a clone of hashirama so he is not the real thing for example for sealing jutsu he needs handsighns hasrima doesn't plus yamato does not have sage mode
