If I remember right, Code is stated to be the strongest member of Kara besides Jigen even with his limiters, and Boruto was kicking him around

I haven’t read that part of the manga in a while tho so I might be misremembering

@A Professional Idiot mk.2 You're right. Boruto didn't kick him around though, it was more that he was equal to WK Code (w/Limiters) who was stated to be above Delta. I have it at extreme diff just because Delta still matched SOSP Adult Naruto (suppressed).
