Current Orochimaru would win, but I don’t think Orochimaru had enough time to master his new abilities enough to defeat Itachi at this point
It would be way closer than their first fight since Orochimaru wouldn’t try to use the body stealing genjutsu now that he knows Sharingan directly counters it
