She didn’t run because she liked Earth. That’s why she didn’t kill everyone with a divine tree like she was supposed to (not explicitly stated or shown, but how else would she have had half-human kids?)

Fused Momo was making Naruto and Sasuke struggle. Granted both were weakened, but they are no longer rusty like they were in the early parts of Boruto, and are much stronger than Hashirama.

There is no actual way for Hashirama to beat Momo unless homie has Naruto and Sasuke behind him.
