Probably Sabo because speed difference
I do think particle style would work on Logias tho (if he got their whole body at once), so Ohnoki could potentially beat Sabo if he tried to flaunt his new devil fruit against someone without Haki. I don’t think we know enough about Sabo to say he definitely wouldn’t do that, but I think it’s more likely that he just speedblitzes and oneshots.
