KCM2 Naruto low - mid diffs. Adding SM is overkill.

Breaking Madara's Susanoo isn't a bad feat, not to mention HH can just let Tsunade keep going and basically tank everything Naruto throws at her. But Naruto still wins.

HH is the only thing really giving Tsunade the advantage. He can just easily outlast that and it could also be a power that can be negated from decapitation since we don't know what the limits of it are. The max showing we've seen is a chunk of Sakura's body get destroyed by a Bijuu Bomb and she regenerated. Naruto, with an unmastered KCM2 could also stop Madara's Susanoo and on top of that, it was only Naruto at half power since his power was split two ways via creating a shadow clone.

Stopping it isn't the same as breaking it, for example, Hollow Ichigo could stop Grimmjow's assault but he can't outright oneshot through his durability like that

It isn't but being able to do that at half power and with an unmastered version of the form is really impressive. KCM2 Naruto was also stated to have almost as much chakra as Base Edo Hashirama which should mean SM Edo Hashirama >= KCM2 + SM Naruto and that same Hashirama could match Edo Madara's Perfect Susanoo which in turn easily defeated the Gokage.

Rasenshuriken is an instant kill, and Tsunade isn’t nearly fast enough to dodge attacks from this version of Naruto.

Sage Naruto would be enough.
