So Sasuke pretty much stays the same.

Sakura being Hyuga would improve her Taijutsu prowess in Part 1, and her medical ninjutsu skills will increase far faster than in canon, and she might be able to control her chakra to the point that if she’s fully trained by Tsunade like in Canon, she might be able to use her palm strikes to hit as hard as her fist did in Canon. All in all, she would be a better fighter, and her Hundred Healings would early on probably surpass Tsunade’s.

Naruto being a Senju depends on context. Is Kushina gonna be a senju here or is Minato a senju. If Naruto is still gonna be a jinchuuriki here, then logically that would mean Minato would be a Senju. Which honestly would make him very OP, cause Minato already had a large chakra reserve and was a powerful shinobi, being a Senju may actually allow him to fully rival the heights Hashirama achieved, and Naruto having both Senju and Uzumaki chakra would absolutely make him broken and with potentially the nine tails on top of that, bro would be rivaling the chakra reserves of full Kurama when before Shippuden, and would fully rival the chakra reserves of Hagoromo by the end of Shippuden. Also it would be awesome if he got Wood Style here, but start out small like growing wood vines from his arms, and wood arms from his back to swing around, and work himself to Yamato levels then Hashirama rivals. Also this would make his potential with Senjutsu exponentially higher.

If Kakashi was an Uzumaki he would not have any strain from the Sharingan and his chakra reserves would remain the same, so he wouldn’t have to be careful about the way he fights, and would be able to use all of that 1,000 Jutsu’s. Also his father would probably be known as the Red Fang or The Crimson Fang of the Leaf, and he would have probably surpass the Sanin and actually rival Itachi in Part 1 and Shippuden Pre War Arc, also his DMS and Kamui abilities would be even greater.

I think that’s what would happen if Sakura was a Hyuga, Kakashi was a Uzumaki, and if Naruto was a Senju.

Honestly I believe it would stay the same for the most part. Sasuke is still gonna want to kill Itachi and bring his clan back to glory, Kakashi is just gonna be laid back about his answer, I think depending on how Naruto’s childhood is impacted, he’s either gonna remain the same, or he just wants to live up to his birth name and be as great as the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Hokage’s.

Sakura is gonna be the biggest change here. I feel like if Sakura still has a crush on Sasuke here, it’s gonna be like a half-way point between how Hinata expressed her Crush for Naruto for Most of the Series until the Pain Arc, and how Sakura expressed her crush in Sasuke in Part 1 Canon. It also depends if she’s a main branch, like a twin sister to Hinata, or a side branch. So depending on that, it would either be proving herself to Hiashi and proving herself to Sasuke, or trying to prove that being a side branch doesn’t mean she’s weak and would want to prove herself that way.

@Yoshua Z.O Okay for Naruto's case, both of his parents are Senju since this has been pointed out a lot.

But why would they both be Senju?
