Were Obito and Madara sage gods? If so do they have access to the perfect jinchuriki forms?

@12Halo1212 Madara was, I think, after he got the second Rinnegan and activated the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Obito was powerful during his time as the Ten Tails’ Jinchuriki, but not god level status.

@12Halo1212 yes. That Chakra cloak with the tomoe symbols is their Jinchuriki forms. However, since they didn’t have both halves of Kurama and they didn’t have Gyūki (the Eight Tails) their form was incomplete.
