^I wouldn't say extreme, but high yeah. Rinnegan gives him a large boost, but they're still on somewhat similar power. Obito still has a sharingan, just a weaker version of the rinnegan without the special abilities. This is assuming Obito doesn't get the Rinnegan based on the lack of mention.

Madara should take, dk what diff exactly tho but it should be at least mid-high

Obito does have the abilities of the Rinnegan, to an even high degree than Pain did, and can see Limbo even if he cannot cast it himself.

His Six Paths Senjutsu and Yin-Yang release, meanwhile, is significantly above Madara's Sage Mode, probably giving him a decisive edge.
