Madara no diff. Madara was able to fight Edo SM Hashirama, EMS Sasuke and All the Tailed Beasts alongside Naruto and did all of that in base form, now take all that information in and think about him being in Ten-Tails state.
Being blind isn't really a debuff for Madara. We see him blind before getting the Ten-Tails and he wrecked everyone and could sense everyone cause of his Senjutsu usage which is now even better as the Ten-Tails' Jinchuriki. He can just throw a bunch of TSO at Nagato and game over or use the staff. Even at 45% chakra, he's far stronger.
