1. How to properly learn Kyuubi chakra could he use up to three tails? yes but even with just three tails he could barely control himself and usually he did and when he went four tails he completely lost control no. I mean he should ACTUALLY be able to control the Kyuubi chakra up until 4 tails- though he would still have to fight to maintain control and could lose control of himself

2. Wind release Rasengan/imperfect rashen-shuriken I feel like it have made naruto seem more substantial if he had already shown that he had "mastered Rasengan" instead of just making it REALLY REALLY BIG maybe some wind release jutsu as well but that's not necessary by this time I think he should have also begun developing the rashenshuirken though I don't think he should have mastered it for an obvious reason

3. Minato's natural speed no not flying Raijin Minato himself was breakneck even without he was also a master of the body flicker which I felt naruto also should have learned

4. Some sort of weapon like Asuma's chakra daggers they made a big deal of them in the anime and then just dropped them entirely

5. I don't actually fully agree with this one think It would have been cool in imperfect sage mode a slightly weaker version of Jiraiya's by this time naruto wouldn't learn frog kata (probably) and could only use it for 5 minutes at a time (he wouldn't know about time shadow clone method) he would also have to charge it up so I don't think it would be overly over power we could see him use it against kakazu

Anyway, that's enough of my opinions what do you guys think? personally, I would also have him wear a different outfit maybe an orange chunin vest or an inverted/opposite version of his jacket with shortened sleeved

On a minor note I would make talk no Jutsu canon I would give the Kyuubi the ability to eat/absorb hatred which is what talk no Jutsu would be and why naruto is able to get through to his enemies in reality its the Kyuubi eating others' hatred

Edit: the ability to corrode chakra would have also been cool or maybe chakra chains but eh everyone knows naruto cant get something his parents were known for...

I was wondering, since there seems to be a discreptency in the translation for teleportation and high speed movement, I feel like this technique is a reference to somesort of smokescreen method that shinobi use in real life media or culture or practice, if it is, can someone put out a link for it?
