In YYH there was a lightning attack called "Storm Of Torment"

Its when the user summons lightning into there hand sounds familiar?

It's the EXACT same attack the only difference is the color and size other than that they are the EXACT same

This has been debated for along time. But today I will provide a solid conclusion.

Naruto would win medium to high diff. Let me explain why

Speed

Sage Naruto was able to speedblitz a path of pain before six other pairs of linked rinnegan eyes and tsunade could even react

He's so fast he dodged the 3rd raikage who's above the 4th. The 3rd raikage fought 10,000 ninja for 3 days and stalemated the 8 tails he's also a lot more durable and stronger than the 4th. He only died due to exhaustion and honestly he might also be faster, Naruto reacted to his highest speed. It's also stated no where the 4th is faster that's an assumption. But let's say the 4th is faster... this Naruto is only a clone.

Naruto made 13 clones so this is only 1/13 of Naruto's chakra

Naruto proved he's fast enough to dodge susano arrows and Amaterasu.

Strength

Naruto's strength in Sage mode is so high pain could not even touch Naruto until the mode ran out. I repeat pain could not and did not even physically touch Naruto in Taijutsu until he regained his powers and used his almighty push /universal again.

Naruto can also completely kill a path of pain in one hit with frog kata without even touching him

Naruto can lift frog statues, summoning rhinos and flip the 9 tails, his strength is way above sasuke.

I'm no mathematical cales guy but the statue and rhinos have to be 15+ tons

Also the blood prison movie is canon confirmed by the creator and it's written and mentioned in the novels. Sage Naruto beat up the satori beast that even the 8 tails struggled against. Not V2 Bee but the full 8 tails. Which scales correctly considering Naruto fought well against tailed beast and undid their chains during the war arc he's well above tailed beast level.

This version of Sasuke would not last even a minute in Taijutsu against Sage mode Naruto

Ninjustu

Naruto's ninjutsu is also higher with rasenshuriken the blast radius being able to completely engulf the susano body and cause a crater 40 feet deep. The rasen shuriken is so much energy Madara didn't even bother to tank it with his susano he chose to absorb it. The rasenshuriken is probably enough to damage even the susano the way kirin did itachi's susano. Just look at destruction in the images below.

Genjutsu.

If Naruto has ma and pa, the frog song is even something pain was cautious of. We see during the kabuto fight Sasuke has no defense for sound genjutsu. If Naruto has ma and pa on the battlefield with him he should be safe against sharingan genjutsu and he's sensory type ninja and doesn't necessarily need to look Sasuke directly in the eyes

And if we consider feats after the pain arc Naruto can use massive rasengan in base. (In the anime he was in Sage mode but in manga he did this in base)

Jiraiya needed Sage mode to make such rasengans

Naruto doesn't

He can also create barrages of massive rasengans each of these can destroy mountains according to the databooks. Sasuke should be able to tank one like madara did against above Naruto but can he tank 20+?

his shadow clones can create even more clones

And if we consider war arc Sage mode Naruto he grew so much in a short period, this is pre six paths Naruto.

Before he even got SPSM he could create rasen shurikens of this caliber and size. The pain arc version is next to him just for size comparison.

Conclusions Naruto wins in speed, strength, Taijutsu, genjutsu and ninjutsu.
