So, we all know by now what happens to Naruto and Sasuke in Boruto.

At the advent of Rinnegone and Kuramagone, it seems inevitable that somehow both Naruto and Sasuke will receive some sort of enhancement to keep up with the power-creep that's building in Boruto. So, let's explore a possibility for powerups and/or added abilities. My thinking for Naruto goes like this:

It's unclear exactly how much strength Naruto currently has now that Kurama has left us. He should still have SPSM, and pieces of the other tailed beasts chakra, but is obviously lacking Kurama's chakra. Now, the logic goes what can replace this void that Kurama has made? Well, the answer may be closer than people think. There should be a little something left from the 4th great Ninja War that may be the solution.

Kinkaku and Ginkaku. Both sealed away by the Kohaku no Jōhei and Benihisago, they possess a portion of Kurama's chakra. This chakra should still be sealed away, and should be available for Naruto to use. What if it is possible for a version of Kurama to be reborn from this remaining separate chakra? Through Orochimaru's experiments, Scientific Ninja tools and Otsutsuki knowledge, reincarnating Kurama may be possible. Although, it would probably be a baby Kurama situation. It would reset the whole dynamic between Naruto and parallel the original Kurama who first met baby Naruto.

Frankly, I like the idea of Naruto becoming a Jinchuriki again. But this is just speculation at this point. Let me know what y'all think of this theory.
