The teen Sakura we saw in war arc was just using her 100 healings for the first time , if she uses it in boruto , she would definitely be able to use it much better
The power and duration of 100 healings is based on how much chakra u have stored . The current Sakura in boruto has been storing chakra for more than 15 yrs , while the one in war arc had stored it for just around 2 yrs . In Boruto , she doesn't go to much battles either , so we can easily say she is storing more chakra each day than she did earlier.
Both Naruto and Sasuke became much stronger as adults. It is the same with her
So she has become stronger , stored more chakra and can use 100 healing better now.
We can consider her total power (in 100 healings ) can be quite strong if we consider the fact that she is immortal in hundred healings. Her immortality is definitely not some dumb immortality like hidan that she can be buried alive anytime by outwitting her.
She is definitely gonna get a huge power boost if she uses 100 healings in boruto . She may be even stronger than the current Naruto and Sasuke ( Naruto without kurama and Sasuke without left eye )
