Now…it’s been a while since I made a tier list especially a Boruto tier list. And I haven’t really been super concerned about the power scaling lately, but I did put something together real quick. I know @IKTime will want to comment on this and rearrange everything 😂 but we can definitely fix it and come up with something to make it better for sure. I put base Jigen, V1 and V2 Jigen on here so he’s here like three times.

Although Kawaki already had everything. Jigen took him from the alcoholic (and only because Delta noticed spilled wine from a broken bottle (which he was carrying to the alcoholic). Jigen himself is Pure Evil, and Kawaki himself became like a father (Kawaki personally did not scold him at first). And Code does not just spit (like Jigen)... Code continued to hit him constantly (for not becoming a vessel for Jigen himself. Then Kawaki did not accept help from others in Konoha for a long time. Then Code manipulated Ada into wanting to change the memories of the people of Konoha. So that Boruto would become like Kawaki. And Kawaki would become like Boruto. Then Code even fought Kawaki at the end of the anime (and Naruto himself was dragged into an alternate dimension) with the help of Buddhist nanotechnology (otherwise these somersaulting efforts with chakra cannot be called)... Add to that the hallucination of fish in Kawaki's eyes, and the fact that he (unlike the others) sincerely believed Jigen was his father, and think about whether Koda was also honest about him? Or was he confusing not only Jigen, but us as well? No, Code is a Pure Evil+. After all, Code didn't ask Jigen's permission to torture Kawaki. So he deceived everyone. And then Code had the power to create the embodiment of Ten-Tiles — Yūra and his «friends». Kawaki himself without brakes. And for a reason: so Kara did not raise him. So it was raised by Code (without Any Cooling-off Periods). By him. And Naruto laughed in vain: he was sent to a pocket dimension in the 293 episode (it was the Code using the Kawaki). Good control is not visible (before the last moment). Just look at the frames of the 293 episode to understand who the Code really is. Naruto is crying (before going to the timeless dimension), Ada is sitting there like a dumbass (even though she hypnotized Konoha through Kawaki). Code has benefited (judging by his smug face) from this situation. Also, don't forget that in Two Blue Vortex, Kashin Koji became Boruto's mentor specifically against Code from the Ten-Tails. Is Boruto stronger than Isshiki?

Boruto has been training none stop for three years during the time skip, we see that Sasuke has taught him everything he knew in just one year. Boruto can fly at insane speeds, knows flying raijin and also a new rasengan called uzuhiko which uses the planets rotation to cause non stop dizziness so much that code could not even stand up, and when charged up fully with both feet on the ground can even one hit kill a God tree! It has no limit to the power output!

Boruto negative diffed code with no limiters and a ten tail army who was stated to be stronger than jigen.

Boruto also negative diffed Kawaki who is 80% otsutsuki, has karma and a fully developed kokugan and proved he can dodged these high speed rods casually

That black streak is boruto!

Boruto also defeated Hidari low diff. And Boruto can also fight multiple god trees at once like bug and Hidari these guys just like jura can just casually one hit Kawaki
