Kekkei Genkais are not only one of the most important plot devices in the series, but they are also very powerful techniques that are bestowed on either a person or clan, as we all know. Thanks to Kishimoto's creative genius, we have seen multiple different types of Kekkei Genkai, ranging from special eye abilities to body manipulation powers. Today however, I want to specifically focus on Nature Transformation Kekkei Genkai/Tota, which have created some of the powerful jutsu in the series.

To start, my preferred Kekkei Genkai Nature Style would be Lava Release, which I must say is all due to my love for the Four-Tails and his Jinchuriki Roshi. It is very versatile, due to its unique property to manifest as different forms depending on the user. For example, Mei can spew hot lava from her mouth, Dodai can spew a rubbery-like substance from his mouth, and Kurotsuchi and Boro are able to use volcanic ash. I would personally choose Roshi's style of Lava Release, in which he is able to spew hot magma from his mouth, and literally coat himself in lava. He's really only able to do this because he's the Jinchuriki of Son Goku, who actually possesses the Kekkei Genkai, but that would just be an added plus.

In the comments, if you guys commented on which one you would pick and maybe explain why, I think it could lead to some really interesting discussions and overall be fun.

Firstly... Naruto is still has all The Kekkei Genkai like Lava and Steam given to him by The Bijuu, which allows him to increase and amp his abilities and stats greatly... Which we see him do many times with Rasenshuriken...

Secondly... He still has Sage Mode, which by his own words is more perfected to the point he can use it for longer, and enter it much much quicker then before... We even see him in the Dark Chakra Beast Arc of Boruto, to be-able to enter Sage Mode similar to how Koji Kashin is able to do it.... Sage Mode is basically allows him to recharge his Chakra like a Battery, he practically can't run out...

Nextly.... In both fights where Naruto "needed" 6PSM to battle against Momoshiki and Delta, its narratively suggested that he did need these forms to battle and beat them... BUT, in The Delta fight, Base Naruto was casually dodging and blocking blows from Delta, then proceeded to Slam her into the Ground, and the rest of the fight he was holding back with 6PSM... And the Momoshiki fight, a Base Naruto who's weakened mind you, was capable of Dodging, Blocking, and Tanking attacks from Fused Momoshiki... Mind you this doesn't mean in Base or Sage Mode can beat Fused Momoshiki, but its proving how fundamentally powerful Naruto is...

Next lets talk about BARYON MODE... Baryon Mode works by colliding both The Bijuu's and Jinchuuriki's Chakra together similar to The Nuclear Fusion of The Sun (Which Kurama saids himself) Therefore both Naruto and Kurama are putting equal parts Chakra to make The Baryon Chakra... And Guess What... Naruto Survived... Yes, Narratively Baryon Mode causes The Death of The Bijuu by extinguishing their chakra to 0, but it still fundamentally works by using both Chakra, not just the tailed beast... Meaning Naruto Overall, Naruto has similar Chakra to Kurama, not half Kurama, FULL Kurama, which puts Naruto's Chakra, His own Chakra on par if not greater then Hashirama's, which technically means he does have more power, which is narratively True as-well...

Lastly... in Chapter 65 (iirc) Borushiki was entirely willing to Teamup with Code to fight Naruto, who also took Shikamaru as a Hostage, if you're stronger, you don't do this... Code once said he could beat Naruto, which we learn was all talk, bc the Moment Naruto arrived and blitzed passed Code to get to Kawaki, Code grabs Shikamaru as a Hostage, and suggests to team-up with Borushiki, who was entirely willing to do so... Meaning Naruto in Sage Mode, was stronger then both at the time... Which can also be backed up by Naruto unfazed by Borushiki's Massive Rasengan, and was entirely confident in tanking it, also after sensing Code's Energy he was confident in beating him... So, Yeah, Narratively Code and Borushiki should be stronger than Naruto, but by showings, and the way they acted, Naruto is shown and implied to be stronger than both...

So... All in All... Put some respect and confidence on me boi.

The Itachi Shinden novels gave us new info about the byakugan. Itachi and Shisui fought a byagukan user named mukai and 3 things occurred that made me think back to this potential fight. #1 A Hyuga can read the flow of chakra and use gentle fist to easily split a giant fireball jutsu in half. Mukai described this as something “easy” to do for a gentle fist user. Neji has a better feat of using razor sharp precision to cut kidomaru’s webs, neji can split chakra based substances in half .#2 Sharingan genjutsu doesn’t work on the byagukan. The byagukan eye perception is so fast the sharingan cannot lock them in a genjutsu. Shisui needed the mangekyo sharingan because it can trap the under a genjutsu in less than a thousand of a second #3 The Byakugan kekkei genkai is stated to be a visual jutsu on par with the Uchiha sharingan. There’s another statement like this in part 1 where kakashi says in perceptive ability it’s above the sharingan. Neji can potentially cut fireball jutsu in half given his level of gentle fist on top of him being the biggest genius of the hyuga. He can use rotation as defense, neji can’t be put in genjutsu (not that Sasuke could use genjutsu at that point anyway) and once neji cuts sasuke’s chakra points it’s over. neji would’ve won this fight

A few of my friends have been talking about the kekkei genkai and we're in a disagreement right now about what exactly its limit is. I say it's really anything biological be it skin, muscle, bone, and maybe even a whole human brain. However, they're saying it's just what we saw in the show/manga.

What kekkei genkai would probably be most useful in real life

Pls update Sasuke's nature releases as in Sasuke Retsuden it is shown that he has obtained Ice release by combining Wind release and Water release using Yin-Yang release. This also means that some time before the manga he managed to obtain Yang release.

In the data books it has been shown that Nature-release type Kekkei Genkai and maybe even Kekkei Tota can be re-created by Yin-Yang release even though you weren't born with them as long as you have the Nature releases that make up the Kekkei Genkai.

Alright, the Sharingan was way too overpowered. The regular 3 Tomoe is fine, in all honesty. Genjutsu, copying ninjutsu that you yourself are capable of doing, etc. But then comes in the Mangekyo Sharingan. The one thing I feel shouldn't be changed is the designs of Mangekyou Sharingan looking like pinwheels. They look insane, for the exception of Sasuke. Obito's Mangekyo Sharingan looks really nice, same with Madara and Izuna's. Now, let's talk about the problem with Mangekyou Sharingan.

The Mangekyo Sharingan doesn't seem that unbalanced in OG Naruto. I mean, we only see Itachi with it, and the abilities he has are rarely shown, and he's shown to be weakened by them. And the cost seems really high, since Naruto has a lot of emotional deaths, and for the audience, it's a unreal cost. "You have to kill your best friend!? That Itachi didn't just wipe out his own clan, he killed his best friend!" You've got to remember, these are most likely 10-13 year old children watching this. But then comes Shippuden. Suddenly, we see way too many uses of the Mangekyo by different people like Danzo, Kakashi and Sasuke. It felt a bit unnatural to have this many uses of the Mangekyo Sharingan, don't you think? It seems way too overpowered, and the relative lack of emotional deaths in Shippuden compared to OG Naruto means that the cost of obtaining a Mangekyo Sharingan isn't that high to the viewer now. Now, the viewers are probably 15-17. This means that they don't have super high standards, as they've normalized most deaths in popular media. Certain cases, like Jiraiya, were pretty emotional deaths. The only real consequences we saw were the blindness, which only a couple people really even suffered from: Itachi, Sasuke, and Madara. And the rest had basically no consequences for using their Mangekyo besides exhaustion for Kakashi. But for Sasuke and Madara, they neutralized the blinding effect of the Mangekyo Sharingan through the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, which I don't have too many problems with. The only real problem I have with it is not having a consequence. Perhaps the user's powers could be a tiny bit weaker? I don't know. Now, let's move on to the worst part: The Rinnegan.

Alright, I have no problems with the Rinnegan itself besides the fact that we have had rockets since the age of Hagoromo Otsutsuki. You're telling me that we're using throwing knives, and rockets exist. Then again, we do have people who can control osteoblastic and osteoclastic cells, so ya. But my problem with the Rinnegan is how it's acquired. You have to have Indra and Ashura's chakra. I feel like this was a really dumb move to explain the entirety of the War Arc. I honestly liked the idea of the Rinnegan being a random mutation better. I mean, sure it's dictated by chance, but you're still likely to die by simply having low chakra. But when Nagato got it, he had insane chakra reserves. So, it's no problem for him. Honestly, I like the dojutsu itself. However, I don't like that evolves from the Sharingan. It seems like the Sharingan got another power boost even though it's already way too broken of a Kekkei Genkai.
