Mud Release

You know the very discreet Mud Release, which is obscured by Wood Release due to their similar makeup of Natures? It's basically fusing Earth(which has the most Kekkei Genkai's made of it btw) and Water to create mud. But there are already an insane amount of Earth techniques that use mud, so why aren't those Mud Release? Maybe because those were created before the invention of Mud Release, but didn't they think of that? The techniques even seem like copies of other techniques. Bottomless Mud Hole is like Swamp of the Underworld. Mud's Mud Doll is like Earth Release: Shadow Clone, and Muddy Water Wall is like Lava Release: Rubber Wall, which is made of Earth. I actually like the idea of Mud Release, since it seems like the more simple fusion of Earth and Water, and if added to all the other mud techniques and shown more, it'd seem better.

Chinomizugan

Literal English: Blood Water Eye

Abilities: Can control water, and its temperature. So basically it also has ice release, boil release, and storm release. It can also fuse with the ground to create mud release, not wood release because, NO. If you are about sakura+ chakra control, you can take water out of people's body and dehydrate them. OP already I know. It does have a lot of cons as well.

Cons: You can only have 1 jutsu of each kekkei genkai, and only 2 other jutsu that is not one of the kekkei genkai's. After using a lot of water you die after 5 years depending on how much you use it (max is 40 years). Also at some point, if you do not have the strength to hold this dojutsu water just repels from you. The only las remaining water you'll have is the body inside of you. If you're pretty powerful, but only have the bare minimum to control it, it will attack your friends no matter what. Not enemies but friends.

Acquisition: First you need to be from Kirigakure. Then you need to have water release. Then, you need to kill a user with one of the water kekkei genkai, (not including wood release). Then you need to kill another person with the water release. You will then awaken the Chinomizogan.
