What does Jin no Sho, the fourth databook, mean when it says that Six Paths Sage Mode allowed Naruto to control all things within nature? Naruto could literally control all things within nature?
I've heard some say that this means he had greater mastery over Nature Energy, being able to draw in much more Nature Energy than normal without having to balance it with his chakra (which is required for regular Sage Mode). That makes sense to me, but it seems to just be an assumption.

People always believe that if you are naturally born with Earth Release and Water Release at the same time then you will 100% be able to use Wood Release. But this is NOT TRUE as people forget the impact of DNA it has on chakra. The TRUTH is if a normal person (whose blood is not related to Kaguya/Otsutsuki) is born with Earth Release + Water Release then they will only be able to use Mud Release because think about logically if you combine water with earth you will get mud (liquid earth/dirt) or cement (so possibly Cement Release?) and there is such Mud Release in Narutoverse. Only if you have blood related to Kaguya (Otsutsuki DNA) in your body you are able to use Incomplete (Half-Complete) Wood Release aka Timber-Wood Release (Yamato's version) and you will also require to add Narutal/Life Energy on top of this so you could use Hashirama's Complete Wood Release.
In summary:
Earth Release + Water Release = Mud Release (in normal person whose bloodline isn't related to Otsutsuki)
Earth Release + Water Release + Kaguya-related/Otsutsuki-related DNA = Yamato's Half-Complete (Incomplete) Wood Release aka Timber-Wood Release
Earth Release + Water Release + Kaguya-related/Otsutsuki-DNA + Natural/Life Energy = Hashirma's Complete Wood Release.
Indra (Uchiha) inherited Sage of Six Paths' Yin Eyes (Rinnegan) while Asura inherited Yang Body (Green Life Energy). Therefore only Senju and Uzumaki who inherited special body constitution which produces lots of Vitality will be able to ever produce Real Wood Style. However, chances of a person being born with 2 chakra natures at birth is very low (Less than 1%) that's why Hashirama is the only one who had Wood Release kekkei genkai among these 2 clans.
If anyone among Uchiha clan, Hyuga clan, Kaguya clan or any other clan related to Kaguya will ever be born with Earth and Water Chakra affinities, they will only be able to use Incomplete Wood Release (Yamato's version) because they posses Yang Body.
Yamato posseses Hashirama's cells but no High Vitality body therefore he is not able to extract full power of the Wood Release from Hashirama's cells and doesn't have Hashirama's Regenerative qualities.
Remember, only after Yamato's timber/half-complete wood release was touched by Naruto's natural/life energy it was able to completely turn into real wood release. Yamato also had to combine with Tobi/White Zetsu to use real wood release in other words his release was half of the real version.
The problem is the show only has shown us at the beginning one natural Wood Style user Hashirama who used Earth with Water to produce Wood that's why normal people who aren't deep in Naruto Lore assume any person combing this chakra natures will always produce Wood Style. The show doesn't go into detail explaining you also need Yang Body with Otsutsuki DNA.
Overall you need to meet the following 3 conditions to have Complete Wood Release:
Be born with Earth and Water chakra affinities.
Have Otsutsuki-related DNA.
Have body produce strong Vitality
Question: In the data base, it says Moegi uses Wood Release too so how do we explain that ?
Answer: Remember Hashirama had few kids. Those kids had kids and one of them was Tsunade. There were like hundreds of people in Senju clan. It's obvious some of them married to people outside of their clan after Konoha was created therefore Moegi is a very far away descendant. She has completely different surname, from a civilian family like Sakura, etc. However, now we know 4/5/6/7 generations ago her original ancestors are from the Senju clan. Moegi is also from Konoha therefore she is Senju descendant. It's logical to assume one of her ancestors (some low class woman) from Senju clan married into some other civilian family like 3 or 4 generations ago and later changed her surname. There is a 90% chance she has some Senju blood in her body mixed with other bloods. Her blood is like probably 30% Senju + 70% something else.
Question: Momoshiki used Wood Release so...
Answer: Yes, he is Otsutsuki, He stole Life Energy from Naruto and capable combining all 5 chakra natures at the same time so for him combing Earth with Water to create Wood Style is very easy. He met all the conditions.
Question: We've seen normal earth chakra being used to control mud before!
Answer: Yes, we also seen people from the Land of Snow use Ice-Style jutsu yet they didn't have Ice-Style Kekkei Genkai so what's the catch? The thing is with Kekkei Genkai you can actually CREATE substance from your chakra and then MANIPULATE it to shape it into different forms, where with normal chakra you can only create what is already exists in your surroundings. The mud Earth Ninjas control is already in the environment and they connect to it by mixing in their chakra. Mud Release allows one to first CREATE IT! and then MANIPULATE IT!
P.S. Lots of people are surprised that combining same 2 chakra natures in both cases can produce different Kekkei Genkais as the result but of forget the differnce of DNA. Let's look at another pair of 2 Kekkei Genkai where mixing same types of chakras creates 2 different Kekkei Genkais: Magnet Release and Crystal Release. Magnet Release is created by mixing Earth Release and Wind Release together. Even tough it's not officially confirmed, it logical to assume Crystal Release is also made of Earth Release and Wind Release because Crystal Release is similar to Ice Release where Water Release is used to make the material and Wind Release to control material into shape therefore same principle used in Crystal Release where Earth Release to generate crystal and Wind Release to shape it into things.
Earth Release + Water Release = Mud Release
Earth Release + Water Release = Wood Release
or
Earth Release + Wind Release = Magnet Release
Earth Release + Wind Release = Crystal Release
Whichever you will get will depend on your DNA, it's not 100% you will get the one you want!

Is Yin-Yang yang release a type of Natural Energy ?
Would imbuing attacks & stuff with it be the same as imbuing them with Senjutsu ?
Does using yin yang release act like a version of Sage Mode (since the wiki says Naruto could sense Madara's limbo clones by using Yin-Yang release to amplify his senses) ?
