Omnipotence

I'm not sure when we'll see the omnipotence be used again to undo the altered memories, but we'll need to find a future Two Blue Vortex chapter that depicts undoing the omnipotence and the altered memories. And if there is one, we'll spread the word.

So we know that, for some reason, Omnipotence doesn’t affect Otsutsuki.

In theory, if someone affected by Omnipotence received a Karma mark and became an Otsutsuki, would they be freed from the effect?

And, if so, is it possible that Amado could implant artificial Karma marks into everyone to free the world from Omnipotence?

Despite how the Omnipotence works, it said "those affected by the memory rewrite learn the truth, over time, the rewrite with remove that knowledge, resetting the target their original rewrite set by Omnipotence" what does that mean?
