I've had a cool idea for how to use substitution offensively where you throw a kunai or shrunken at an opponent just before it hits you substitute with it and fight them. Now this is the part I'm unsure about, you time it out and dodge in some way (back flip, roll, ect) to get out of the way of the kunai. Basically my question is if you substitute with a ninjutsu (fireball, rasen shuruken, maybe bijuu bomb), kunai, or shrunken while it's mid flight after the switch does it keep it's momentum or just drop to the ground?
